Campbell Newhall One is a mixed use project
in the heart of the redeveloping downtown
Newhall.  The three story design features
modular retail spaces on the first floor
with a restaurant on the upper levels.
The restaurant has a dedicated entrance and
lobby off of Main Street with an elevator to
take guests to the dining room.  The open
kitchen layout allows for easy interaction
between the guests and chefs.  There is a
covered outdoor dining patio off of the main
dining room that overlooks Main Street
below.  On the third level is a lounge where
guests can enjoy a cocktail or some light
dining.  The lounge is flanked on both sides
with patios and extensive outdoor seating.  
The design is done in a way to create a
downtown social experience with all the
luxuries of exquisite fine dining.
